• Fill out an application at our office.  Homeworks Investments 2913 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, Indiana.  We are open from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

• There is no application fee.

• If your credit score is 550 or above, the deposit is half the month's rent.  If your credit score is below 550, the deposit is full month's rent.  Deposits to hold a house are non-refundable.

• We check all references.  We check with your previous landlord to make sure you are in good standing with him/her.

• Proof of income and i.d. are required.

• Utilities are not included.

• We accept Section 8.
• $15/month is added to your rent for pets.
